Development Committee Member Update:

• Goal: To have a minimum of 5 committee members
• Currently accepting referrals

Development Report (Presentation):

• Discussed having Development staff make March 2019 board presentation.

Bloomerang Update:

• Website/ Marketing and Donation Pages Needed for DPA to accept online contributions (Add to Fundraising Blueprint)
• Upcoming Training - Fundraising Essentials Standard Cohort 2 (8 weeks)
• Grants Pipeline and research are being added to database
• Fiscal Management- Development staff to connect with finance to develop coding for donations

Program Projects:

• Georgia Tech NASA Trip follow up needed as of 3.13.19

Board Interviews:

• Discussed re-scheduling interviews with interested board members and also providing action items to board members who do not wish to participate.

Laptop from DPA-

• Agreed to have development staff obtain work laptop from DPA to transfer all systems currently housed and managed from personal laptop to a computer and sytem owned by DPA

DPA - Case for Support Development

• Research current DPA programs (What are they?)
• Drama, Dance, Music, Technology, etc.
• Locate any collateral with broad description of programs
• Set meetings with staff to interview for information to refine or recreate program descriptions.
