Financial Report - Candy Yu
Candy Yu presented May monthly financials and discussed financial operations process improvement initiatives. Ms. Yu reported that DeKalb Preparatory has submitted 100% of grants to DeKalb County School district totaling $808,000.

Governance Report - Tamseel Syed
The Governance Committee met the on June 14, 2022.
There are no recommendations from the Governance Committee.
The Committee is looking to reschedule the board retreat for August.
Development Report - Wanda McKay and Melba Smith
The Development Committee met on Thursday, June 23, 2022
Golf tournament is still being planned. The Committee will visit 3 Golf courses to finalize a venue. The tentative time period is Columbus Day weekend. The committee is currently developing a checklist of action item and coordinating with Dr. Diana Adoma.
