April Board minutes were not available for review by all board members prior to meeting.
April and May Board minutes will be reviewed in the regularly scheduled June meeting.

There were no questions or comments regarding the Finance Report.
After approval of the the proposed FY22-23 Budget and FY22-23 Contingency/Austerity budgets, Dr. Brooks-Long requested that items on the consent agenda that were discussed and approved in the Finance Committee be approved by the Governing Board.
