3. Motion to accept proposal of the first Budget Hearing presentation regarding the FY23 Proposed Budget and FY23 Contingency Budget (passed)

4. Motion to approve services for an Interim, Chief Financial Officer for no more than $20,000 provided that contract language is reviewed and agreed upon by Legal Counsel. (passed)
