School Leadership Report

Complete re-authorization application
A series of grants have been completed
MAP for fall will be completed on 9.30.21, student participation rate ranged from 84%-98%
Milestones data shared for 2021 and a comparison of this data to 2019 data was compared.
The Milestones data will be disaggregated by grade band, teacher, and student.
Finance Report
Accounting firm representative. Mr. Sonaike, presented audit findings.
Two stage audit
Financial policies will be reviewed as it relates to internal controls while staff may be working virtually.

Academic Report
Current enrollment is 555. This is anticipated to be the total for the October FTE count.
DPA is in the process of becoming a COVID19 testing site. The school should be prepared to start testing about the week of Oct. 11. Approximately 220 families and staff members have agreed to be tested weekly. The school also has the potential to earn money from the Dept.of Health for providing COVID-19 testing.

The school would like to consider the option for virtual learning from Oct. 6- Nov. 10 due to the high positivity rate of the COVID19 virus.
