1. Mr. Estes' severance package. (including a letter of response for his request to say goodbye to teachers and staff.)
2. New Hire (HOS) - Need names of companies and Roles and Responsibilities. Please email ahead of tomorrow's meeting
3. Returning to Campus (COVID concerns) - Testing/vaccines/Survey for vaccine participation etc

4. Pay for staff assuming some of HOS responsibilities (How much and for how long?)

5. Note that Gov. Kemp has passed legislation for a $1K bonus for teachers and staff. Need to be included in the current budget. Budget Amendment needed.

6. Charter Renewal - First meeting???

7. Strategic Plan (The way forward)
