Welcome and Call to Order

The meeting will be called to the order,at 1:20 p.m. by Roberta Walker

Summer School Update

Budget ( materials purchased; faculty salary)

Materials for kindercamp and Summer Bridge programs have been ordered. Enrollment for each program are moving as expected

Staff Selections Breakfast and Lunch for the program will be provided by our current vendor (SLA).


Student Selections All incoming kindergarten students are invited. Students transitioning from 2nd to 3rd and 5th to 6th are invited.

D3 Update

Next Steps and preparation for implementation of "Making Math Matter". Revisions have been made and submitted we are awaiting an answer from the state.

Proposals for 2019-2020 Academic Needs

Textbooks approved by the Board during the April meeting have been ordered. The 6-8th grade literature books are expected to arrive in June. Professional development for teachers will be in July.

Iready is a computer program that is used to supplement our reading, math, and writing curricular. The cost of this program is 6,536.00

My Own by Renaissance Learning is a bank of reading books that personalizes reading for students based on their interests and reading level. It will be used in grades 3rd - 8th. The cost is 6,050.00
