Welcome and Call to Order
Meeting called to order by Roberta Walker at 1:00 p.m.
Update on the Data Dashboard
The contract was signed by Mr. Estes and given to Mrs. Wright for processing. The contract had not been processed as of Jan. 22nd. Mrs. Wright will send contract to Dr. Brown ASAP. Ms. Grant was appointed as the point of contact for Dr. Brown so that we can get moving on the dash board quickly.
D3 Presentation
We will meet on Jan 24th from 9:30 until 3:00 p.m. to work on the D3 Pop up activity , "Teacher, Parent and Student Development in Math." We will try to connect with GA State to partner with us in this project.
Partnerships with Early Learning Centers in our area
When will visits take place - Ms. Smith and Ms. Grant will make contact with Daycare centers in our area during the month of March.
Who will visit - Kindergarten techers will do professional learning activities with the teachers from the daycare centers to give guidance on the skills that students need to know coming into kindergarten.
Other Academic Concerns
Our Summer programs will be held June 10th - 21st. 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Kindercamp will be planned for 65 students.
Summer Bridge for rising 3rd graders - 20 students
Closing the Gap for 4th - 8th graders - 20 -25 students per grade level.
Pay for Performance meeting January 30th at 3:45 p.m.
