Welcome and Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 10:00 a.m. by Roberta Walker.
Coaches Corner
Professional Learning - Super Saturday - April 18,2026. Focus will be MTSS and Special Education.
Testing - GMAS Parent meeting March 31,2026. Testing dates April 23- May 8, 2026.
Literacy and Math - teachers are given the PLC Focus calendar. The coaches are sharing the info from the PLC at Work conference they attended.
90 students have been consistently attending the Bulldog Learning Lounge. The last day is April 2, 2026.
Gifted - 22 students in the program

HOS/ Principals' Report
Enrollment - 476. Projected enrollment for 2026-27 is 585 students. The registration process has already begun.
Personnel - recommendation to hire Ry'Kel Beam for the elementary counselor position. We will employ her now and consider extending contract into next year. Other needs include 5th grade ELA.
Special Education - Presently serving 45 students, 4 IEP meetings to be held since they were done before October.
MTSS - 72 students receiving service. Progress monitoring is on-going
AVC - Mr. Young is making good progress in our AVC department.
Other Business -The CCV Walk with DCSD went well. There were many commendations given on the culture of the building; special education, and AVC.
Teachers have received contracts for 26-27 school year.
Approved the Curriculum Audit by Curriculum Management Solutions, Inc for $31,500.00
