Personnel - Dr. Merritt presented the list of new hires for recommendation to the board.

Core Subjects - summer programs - Dr. Blachshear presented the plan for the STREAM summer school program which includes kindercamp through 8th grade. Vendors will be used for some of the activities. Board action forms will be created for the vendors to be approved.
Dr. Merritt presented the subscriptions and textbooks that will be placed in the budget for 24-25 school year.
Exceptional Ed - Dr. Solomon reported that all IEP's are up-to-date. There are still 7 meetings to be held in the early fall, at the beginning of the school term.
MTSS - progress monitoring is ongoing. We discussed purchasing a Goal Book account for our teachers.
Other Academic Concerns - GMAS scores are beginning to come in however, not ready to be released to the public.
