The meeting was called to order by Roberta Walker at 10:00 a.m.

HOS and Principals Report

Personnel - openings in 5th grade ELA, 6th science and 6 social studies, and exceptional ed

Core Subjects

PEC

PBL and AVC - Dr. Merritt reported on the professional development that is ongoing with the staff.

Other Academic Concerns - the Fall18 week assessment has been prepared and ready to present to the Board

Coaches Corner

Professional Development - November 7th was a full day of learning for the teachers. Theme: " Leading and Learning the DPA Way"

Focus was on common formative assessments - Item Bank assessments directly related to the standards that are being taught.

Assessment Data - no new data presented. COGAT testing is open. BETA club induction is coming up
