Academic Partners for 2018- 2019

Monica Brown has been in contact with Dr. Jefferson of Mercer University and with representatives from STEAM Revolution. These agencies are interested in creating partnerships with our school to serve in various capacities. Some areas that may be served include Charter School Leadership from Mercer. We will in turn assist them with research and studies that our students may be a part of. STEAM Revolution has experts such as film makers and graphic designers who may assist our students with creating their PBL activities. Dr. Brown will begin the MOU letters so that this can be taken to the board for consideration.

Academic Goals for 2018-2019

The academic committee goals for 2018-2019 are:

  1. Support the school leadership in developing and presenting academic dashboards that measure progress towards the annual academic goals.
  2. Support the school in ensuring quality professional learning activities for all teaching staff.
  3. Support the school's effort to increase stakeholders involvement within the school.
