Welcome and Call to Order

The meeting was called to order at 1:00 p.m. by Roberta Walker.

Principal's Report

Core Subjects - Students have returned back to school. 359 face-to-face and 209 virtual. MAP testing for F-to-F is completing then we will begin the virtual students testing..

Planning days for teachers upcoming and will consist of training for Success Maker, PBL, and My Own.

Search for teachers is continuing. We still need 6th grade math and special education

Academic Coaches Corner

ELA - students have been grouped for Power Hour based on the results of the beginning of the year assessments. That is our tutorial during the day. All teachers are assigned a group to work on remediation or enrichment.

Math

Data Analysis- GA Milestones data will be presented at the board meeting. Data Dashboard needs to continue to be updated and information presented to the board using this platform. The administrators will look at the format and decide the best way to get the dashboard updated.

Student Assessments - MAP testing is continuing and results will be presented at the October board meeting.

Professional Learning - Success Maker training, My Own training will be done during the workday on Friday.
