The meeting was called to order at 1:06 p.m. by Roberta Walker.

Professional Learning

Virtual Training - by Cross and Dots- offers one full day of training for teachers during pre-planning then will follow up every other week. The cost is $6,500.

D3 - teachers have completed this course. The teachers that were trained will serve as the math committee going forward.

Sharpe Sessions - we would like to have more conversation with this company to see how their service enhances with our current model of instruction and curriculum.

Academic Concerns

Virtual Learning Plan

Daily Schedule - discussion around the expectations of teacher synchronous and asynchronous lessons. 45 minute intervals with breaks in between subjects.

School Year Calendar - the new calendar has been approved by the board

Distribution of computers - parents will sign technology agreements. Starting on July 27th, one grade level at a time will be invited to the school for pick up. Textbooks will be distributed at that time also.

Teacher Computers - Per Mr. Whittingham the teacher computers that we currently have are the most capable for the job they are expected to do. We do need to to upgrade them to a newer model as we have more funds accessible for this purpose.

Instructional Materials needed to begin school - Super Kids reading materials -for K - 2nd grade $6677.61

Gallopade Social Studies digital program for K - 8th grades- $9,137.05.
