Data Management System

MAP Data from 2018-2019 has been uploaded. MAP data for this year will be uploaded when all students have completed the fall assessment. While OTUS will give us access to many data points it will not be as detailed as the Excel Spread sheet that was previously shared. In order for us to have this very extensive spread sheet complete a data clerk is needed. A part time clerk would be sufficient. The work load is too heavy for any of the current personnel to take on during the regular working hours. Another possibility is to approve overtime pay for one of the secretaries no more than 8 hours per week. It was suggested that Ms. Rogers is a possible candidate because it would take a person who is very skilled and meticulous.

Status of Flat Panel Boards

Inventory of equipment is on going. We do not expect to complete the work until the end of October. The flat panel boards cannot be ordered until this task is complete. The project is about 60% complete. It was suggested that the completion of this project be given priority with all hands on deck in order to get the job done by October 22nd.

Enrollment and Attendance

Continue to make this a priority throughout the school year. An incentive program and competition for perfect attendance is ongoing. The students and teachers have responded in a positive manner.

Academic Report to Board

A 3-5 minute presentation will be given to the board that will include report on the Professional Learning sessions that have been completed.

Other Academic Concerns

2 teachers have resigned and we are searching for 6th grade math and 7th grade science.

Science equipment will be purchased for 4th - 8th grades

Spanish teachers will use the PBS program for elementary students which is free. We are still searching for a middle school curriculum.
