Public Comment Expectations

Requests for public comment will be made prior to every vote taken by the Committee Members. Members of the public are invited to sign up to speak for up to two minutes and are required to keep their comments limited and relevant to the agenda item the board is voting on.

Our meetings are open to the public and public record. As such, if your comment is about a private matter, please contact the Committee Chair, Merritt Lane at mlane@bricolagenola.org

Approval of Minutes

Financial Packet Review, Anne Chapman

Review current financial package through January 31st.

Anne Chapman lead the discussion of the Financial Packet with data through January 31st, 2021.

1. Discussion took place on the breakout of Special Education costs and revenue relative to the entire financial picture of Bricolage.
2. Bricolage has made significant progress towards closing the gap between revenue and expenses being inline within the Special Education program.
3. As of January 31st, Bricolage will end the year with 118 days of cash.
4. 53% of all Grants have been invoiced and revenue has been drawn down.
5. The audit is complete and Bricolage passed with no exceptions.
6. PPP loan forgiveness was submitted and Melissa Carollo stated that no only one school has heard back from the SBA.
7. A discussion was had on the hiring of a development person to increase revenue and fundraising in FY 2021-2022.
