Merritt Lane announced to the committee that Lauren Orgeron has accepted a finance position with an animal welfare organization. She will be leaving her role at Bricolage on June 30th.

Healthy & Ancillary Benefit Renewal Presentation

• HUB presented an overview of the benefits recommendations for Bricolage.
• The finance committee would like the decision to chose benefits to remain at the administrative level. The administration can share options with the Finance Committee for recommendations and guidance, but the decision will remain with Bricolage administration.
• Bricolage benefits are comparable to the market.
• HUB recommends going with United Heath Care.

2018-2019 Form 990, Lauren Orgeron

• Lauren Orgeron shared an overview of the 2018-2019 990.
• The 990 had many errors.
• The motion to approve the 990 was canceled. Bricolage will send edits, feedback and notes back to LaPorte. Once Bricolage receives a final version of the 990, it will be circulated to the Finance Committee for approval.

Financial Statements_May 31, 2020, Lauren Orgeron

Lauren Orgeron reviewed the May 31, 2020 financial deck.

Special Notes:

Bricolage's cash on hand has increased. This is a result of the PPE loan.

The playground depreciation line in the budget will be 15,000. This will be represented in the budget for at least the next 6 years.
