Jill Couvillon with Gallagher
Jill Couvillion presented a high level review of Bricolage's insurance policies and coverage.
Lauren Orgeron reviewed the updated FY20 reforecast.
Lauren Orgeron shared that Bricolage received 177,000 in Strong Start formula funds as part of the CARES Act.
Lauren Orgeron shared that Bricolage will apply for Strong Start incentive funds on May 29, 2020.
Lauren Orgeron shared the Ethics Policy that will be added to the Employee Handbook
Lauren Orgeron reviewed the budget timeline with the committee. A preliminary draft of the FY21 budget will be shared with the finance committee and board in June. A final draft of the proposed budget will be presented at a public hearing to be held in July, and will be presented to the board for approval at the August/September board meeting
Lauren Orgeron presented the committee with documented support for the Payroll Protection Program loan certification.
