Requests for public comment will be made prior to every vote taken by the Bricolage Board of Directors. Members of the public will be invited to speak by the Board Chair. Speakers will be limited to speak for two minutes and are required to keep their comments relevant and limited to the agenda item that the board is voting upon.

REPORT FROM THE BOARD CHAIRPERSON, YVETTE JONES
- The Tier 3 financial disclosure is due May 16, 2022.

- 8th Grade Graduation, May 25
MOVE INTO EXECUTIVE SESION, YVETTE JONES
- Review and discuss terms of collective bargaining agreement
- Review and discuss compensation of CEO

RETURN TO GENERAL SESSION, YVETTE JONES
The Chair reported that the Board had been presented with the terms of the current collective bargaining agreement with Bricolage Academy Educators.
The Board discussed Antigua Wilbern’s work over the past year as CEO and elementary school principal. In light of her efforts, the Board approved a $10,000 one-time payment for Ms. Wilbern, to be paid on the last day of the school year.
