APPOINTMENT OF CEO AND CONTRACT, YVETTE JONES
Approval of appointment and contact of CEO

Motion to approve the appointment of Antigua Wilbern as permanent CEO of Bricolage Academy.

Yvette Jones (Board Chair) opened the discussion by reporting that during Executive Session the Board had reviewed the results of the survey regarding Ms. Antigua Wilbern's first six months in the role of Interim CEO. A brief discussion took place regarding her competencies in the role of CEO. Ms. Jones noted that the Board was extremely pleased with Ms. Wilbern's performance as Interim CEO and as such was making a recommendation to make her permanent CEO of Bricolage Academy effective immediately. Ms. Wilbern accepted the position. Other board members expressed gratitude, warm wishes, and accolades to Ms. Wilbern as they all welcomed her into her new role.
