REPORT FROM THE SCHOOL'S INTERIM CEO, ANTIGUA WILBERN

Ms. Wilbern provided a detailed report on the following:

School reopening plan

  • School will begin September 20th virtually or in-person
  • Building necessities needed in order to return in person
  • Staff will return September 13th
  • Covid testing on Monday and Thursday.

Facilities update

  • Discussed the severity of the damage to the building. COO Ty Martin was able to walk the building to get an accurate assessment.
  • No A/C, water damage in 9 rooms, water damage on 3rd floor Dorgenois side, fence falling/ twisting in certain places
  • CFO Anne Chapman discussed FEMA/ insurance information

Mutual aid fund

  • The Bricolage Trojan Community Mutual Aid Fund has raised $14,635 and was able to assist 292 Bricolage families in need.
